High School Workshop
Each year, BARI recruited 10-15 high school students from diverse backgrounds, including members of traditionally underserved communities facing the greatest digital inequities, from Boston Public Schools (BPS). Over two months, they considered the perils, potentials, and particulars of AI and then presented their own proposals to an audience of professionals at Boston's City Hall.

The workshop was led by Mr. Gregory Zapata, BARI's Manager of Public Education, who has made the Lesson Plan, Slides, Worksheets, and Final Project assignment available.

NB: All slides are from the latest edition of WTT? (2025), unless otherwise indicated.
